BUILT IS ONLY THE BEGINNING

The right setup.
A clear launch plan.

A finished application still needs a suitable environment, the right configuration and a dependable way to go live. We bring those pieces together so you can focus on the product and the people using it.

Start with the essentials.

Share your application stack, source code or repository, current hosting and intended launch date. We’ll review the requirements and define the deployment scope.

Discuss your setup
01

Deployment readiness

We review your source code, dependencies, build steps and hosting requirements, then agree on a clear route to production.

02

Hosting, domains & SSL

Configure the agreed environment, domain records and HTTPS, with application settings suited to your hosting setup.

03

Staging & release workflow

Prepare a staging environment and repeatable release steps where the hosting supports them. Add CI/CD when it fits the project.

04

Database & backup planning

Plan data imports and migrations, take backups before changes and document recovery steps for the application and its database.

05

Launch checks & visibility

Check key journeys, forms and integrations after release. Set up logs, health checks and alerts within the agreed scope.

06

Documentation & handover

Receive the deployment steps, environment notes and recovery instructions, with release support defined around your needs.

THE SUPPORT YOUR PROJECT NEEDS

One launch.
Or every next release.

Choose an engagement around your application, your team and the way you work.

Scope and pricing are agreed after reviewing your application. Hosting, domain and third-party charges are separate. Ongoing maintenance and monitoring can be included in an agreed support plan.

OUR APPROACH

Think. Do. Deliver.

Understand the application. Prepare the release. Launch with a documented next step.

01

Think.

Review before release.

Understand the stack, hosting, dependencies and data. Agree the scope, access, release window and recovery approach.

02

Do.

Prepare and validate.

Configure the environment, prepare backups and release steps, then check the application before it goes into production.

03

Deliver.

Launch and hand over.

Deploy the agreed release, verify key journeys and share the environment notes, deployment instructions and next support steps.

BEFORE WE BEGIN

A few things
you may want to know.

Already have a codebase or a development team? Bring them into the conversation. We’ll start with your current setup.

Can you deploy an application built by another developer?

Yes. We can work with your existing codebase. We begin by reviewing the source, build instructions, dependencies and hosting requirements. Any fixes needed before deployment are agreed separately.

Can you work with my existing hosting?

We assess your current hosting against the application requirements. Shared hosting can suit some PHP and WordPress projects; other applications may need a VPS or cloud environment. Any recommended changes are discussed before implementation.

Do you handle domains, SSL and database setup?

Yes, these can be included in the deployment scope. We agree the domain changes, environment configuration, database import or migration, and HTTPS setup before the work starts.

How do you protect existing data during an update?

We review the proposed changes, take appropriate backups and agree on recovery steps before deployment. Database migrations are assessed separately from code changes, with a planned release window where needed.

What happens if a release needs to be rolled back?

We define the recovery approach before launch. Code rollback and database recovery can require different steps, so both are considered in the release plan. A rollback does not automatically reverse database changes.

What do I receive, and who owns the accounts?

You retain ownership of your source code, domain and hosting accounts. The handover includes deployment notes and agreed recovery instructions. Ongoing releases, maintenance and monitoring can be scoped separately; hosting and third-party charges are agreed in advance.
